Objective

1. Ji Hexin	- President - Made arrangements for site visit - Supervised and guided group members during activities - Prepared and presented proposal
2. Lim Yoong Hui	- Vice president - Suggest location of site visit - Assisted the president with site visit preparations - Monitored and gave advice to members - Final presentation

4.WangTianYe	- Secretary - In charge of authorization letter - Provided transport during site visit - Helped out with final report

Introduction

●visit a recreational park called Kiara Park in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI)
● to carry out a selfless activity that benefits more than just ourselves
●to raise awareness to passersby of the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of parks
●picked up as many rubbish as we could and unclogged small drains.

Initial site visit date but got cancelled because we were unable to obtain the permission to visit the forest.

Activities
- Raise awareness to passersby (talked to them, took pictures and their signature on our poster if they give their support for our agenda)
- Pickup rubbish and unwanted materials around park
- Unclog small drains

- Begin to clean up, prepared for departure
- Looked for a place to dispose the garbage which we collected

Event summary

• ●  Arrived late due to heavy traffic
  
• ●  Fortunately able to meet many people
  
• ●  Picking up rubbish while we’re walking
  
• ●  Some of us walked to people and start explaining about our event to them
  ● manage to get feedback
  

• ●  We completed walking 1 round of the park.
  
• ●  Got around 3 bags of rubbish
  
• ●  Took some pictures and signatures
  

Outcome

●Created awareness about keeping the environment clean.
●People who saw us cleaning will stop littering, hopefully.
●Realizing the importance and hard work of the cleaners.
●Cleaner park. ●Happier person.

11.0 Suggestion “ We can do that tomorrow morning !” Smiled and listened to us while we were explaining. →People actually have passion to protect the environment →Management should put notice board or poster to keep remind people

12.0 Weakness • Difficulties in getting permission Few times of changing, Long waiting time • Lack of cleaning equipment Hard to clean all rubbishes inside the bush and the woods, Dangerous
